Our Returns Policy
The hygienic nature of all hair products available at Annabelle's Wigs dictates our Returns Policy: if the products are to be exchanged or refunded they will only be exchanged or refunded for unopened original packaged products. We cannot offer a refund or Exchange on any Sale items /discounted hair and wigs. wig units /hair bundles /custom units that have been opened, tried on and / or exposed to handling and worn and is visibly damaged due to handling as well as custom made coloured units as requested by the customer under any circumstance.
Belhair Boutique is happy to offer exchanges and refunds on all our hair products for unopened goods in original packaging/un-used and in it's original form.
Requests for product exchange or returns must be made within 3 days of receiving your order. After the 3 days we can not offer a refund or exchange on orders. To be eligible for returns/refunds please email us with your full name and order number as well as information regarding the reason of returning the item/s. Once we receive your request we will provide you with a return address.
Customers are responsible for the cost of postage on returns and exchanges. The goods will remain your responsibility until they reach us, so please make sure to use a reliable courier service with tracking. We will refund nor exchange any orders that are lost due to customer using un-trackable courier service or losing the proof of return to our address and therefore We recommend you obtain proof of postage when returning a product for both refund and exchange. Once received you will get a email confirmation from us.
We are unable to accept any return that has been coloured, trimmed, chemically damaged or changed in any other fashion. We must receive the hair within 3 days of the order being received to allow the goods to be examined and inspected. Goods are not considered faulty if their condition deteriorates due to poor hair management or poor application of extensions. If no fault is present, or the hair has been damaged or coloured in any way by the customer, the goods will be returned to the customer and we will not refund or exchange the goods.
Belhair Boutique will not be held responsible for any out of pocket expenses due to faulty goods, e.g. removal or re-application costs. We recommend that a experienced professional applies any professional hair extensions and customers have a consultation before any permanent extensions are applied.
Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order for unopened, original packaging with the security seal intact on all our hair products. After 3 days we can not accept any exchanges
We aim to exchange your product/s if it/they are unsuitable with in 48hours of it coming back to us, shipping it out again via Royal Mail, which can take 3-5 days for delivery. Please include your order receipt or proof of purchase and bear in mind any additional cost of your replacement order should be reflected in this amount. We also require details of your name and order number which would have been sent to you upon ordering.
Please allow extra time over bank holidays for exchanges (i.e. Christmas,Bank Holidays,New Year,)
You can reach us Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. The office is closed on bank holidays and orders received via the web site on such days will be processed on the next working day.
